Taking place in a remote yet expansive English town, you are tasked with curing the disease that has been endemic since its settling in the 1600s

Nobody except the people of the town, and you, know it exists. You are contemporary, from the now, the 2020s, whereas they seem to be from every time at once, automatic farms guarded by knights, doctors dressing in saxon armour, militia musketmen against drones.

You are on day four of your visit, which marks your fourth day of symptoms for this same plague you're trying to cure.
